Riley Hough from Fenton, Mich. (Hartland), who won the Eastbay Cross Country Championships in December in San Diego, captured the New Balance Nationals Outdoor title in the 5,000 meters Thursday by clocking 14:21.81 at Philadelphia's Franklin Field.
